What's included in our tariff?
This price is ALL INCLUSIVE for up to two guests staying: bed linen, towels, telephone, free broadband internet, house computer, electricity and gas, full range of English speaking and French TV channels, initial clean and setup of the house, private parking where necessary, English speaking support by our local manager if needed, and many other services designed to make your stay as relaxed and smooth an experience as possible.
But not just the above.
We also offer advice about your holiday plans and travel recommendations as part of our service. We can even design your entire French itinerary - and this is at no charge for French Cottage guests.
How do our tariffs compare?
Depending on the house chosen and the numbers staying, tariffs can be as low as $58 AUD per night per head (taking as an example a group of six staying in a larger house).
Couples can stay in some of our smaller apartments (still very beautiful!) for as low as $105 per head per night.
Our tariffs are not the lowest out there.
But we offer a professionally run service, not an opportunistic one.
Because of this, with us you will enjoy the very best experience and, with our advice and all the advantages offered by our well set up accommodations, you won't end up spending much more in the end than you would with the inferior offerings of others. All our past guests will confirm this. There's a lot of false economy out there!
Detailed tariff information
The costs per night vary from $58 AUD per head up to an average for a couple of $134 per night per head. It depends entirely on the number of guests, house chosen and period you stay as well as the season you're travelling. We do offer discounts for longer stays. And so on. It is better that you contact us for a detailed quote once you are clear about your plans or a rough quote if you are just starting your research.
Don't forget parking!
This is included with all our properties in your tariff. Most others do not offer this.
Parking is not cheap and, in high season, often not even available at any price.
"PARKING COMPLET" is too often displayed on the paid car parks at these times.
Please note that our cottages are not country gîtes nor in any way ordinary vacation letting properties.
They are fully independent, fully equipped and self-contained luxury village houses that you could live in.
Many have commented that they are better set up than their own houses back home!
You will feel very much at home and will find all that you need is right there, without the need to go out and purchase it, saving you money and valuable holiday time.
You will find everything you need has been thought of.
The kitchens, especially, are abundantly equipped so that many of our guests enjoy learning to prepare regional dishes. We can even arrange cooking lessons in our Provence cottages right in the cottage. Just ask us or contact our associates when you get there. Leaflets for this purpose are left in the cottages in Provence.
We offer a choice of two convenient payment options:
OPTION A: Full payment on booking.
For bookings made 3 to 9 months before the date of departure, Option A, payment in full, is recommended.
OPTION B: Deposit then instalments.
For more advanced bookings, six to eighteen months before the date of departure,you may prefer to use Option B, our easy instalment plan. With this latter option B, a $100 surcharge per booked week applies but we will honour the tariffs in force at the time of booking, no matter how far in advance you reserve your weeks; you will therefore be protected against any prices rises we may have in the interim.
Details OPTION B ($100 per week reserved surcharge applies)
A first instalment of $580 per week reserved is payable on booking.
The balance (which is the balance of the total tariff plus the surcharge mentioned above) can then be
spread over four equally spaced instalments by pre-authorising us to charge your card on a certain
day of the month that suits you or your credit card cycle.
The last of these instalments must be paid no later than three months before your departure for your holiday.
Payments may be stopped at any time should you decide not to go ahead with your booking.
Please see our cancellation policy (click here) for what happens in the event that you cancel some or all of the weeks reserved with us. Basically we do refund in full those periods that we rebook with a new client.
